These terms apply only to customers buying in the course of their business. They do not remove consumer rights when a person is legally a consumer. The seller is Service Gruppen Danmark 365 ApS, CVR 46614429, trading as KYSTVA.
Equipment orders and remote reviews are quoted separately. A written quotation defines the products or scope, deliverables, exclusions, currency, tax treatment, delivery costs, destination, timetable and validity. A request does not form a paid contract. The website currently records requests only; its private link acknowledges receipt and does not form a purchase contract. Final commercial and payment terms must be agreed separately in writing before any sale or service starts.
Remote reviews are document-based assessments of the information supplied, such as water bills, readings, photographs and property schedules. They are not on-site inspections, leak-location guarantees, engineering certification, potable-water testing or continuous device monitoring. Connected devices use their manufacturers’ apps. Only provide documents you are authorized to share and remove unrelated personal information.
Scope changes, missing inputs and revised deadlines are agreed in writing before additional work or fees. Reports identify assumptions and limitations. No savings, regulatory approval or absence of leaks is guaranteed. Installation and statutory inspections remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified local professionals where required.
Business returns, cancellation, any project-specific liability allocation and intellectual-property terms must be stated in the accepted quotation or a separate agreement. Statutory obligations that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. If a consumer requests a review, the consumer terms and withdrawal information apply instead.
