Returns & refunds

For consumer distance purchases of ordinary goods, you may withdraw within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Tell us clearly using our contact form, support email when listed, or a letter to the registered office. You do not have to use a particular form or give a reason. Include your name and order number so we can identify the purchase.

After notifying us, send the goods back within the next 14 days. We provide the actual returns address before your order is accepted and in the return instructions. Do not send parcels to the registered office unless specifically instructed. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost as disclosed before ordering. We cover necessary return costs for confirmed defective or incorrect goods.

We refund payments due under the withdrawal rules, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option we offered, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. For goods, we may wait until we receive them or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Extra express-delivery charges are not refundable under ordinary withdrawal. We do not charge a refund administration fee. Bank-transfer refunds go to the original payer’s account unless another method is expressly agreed without fees to you.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits. Do not install or continue using an unsafe product. Statutory exceptions, such as genuinely personalized goods, apply only where relevant and disclosed before purchase; there is no blanket exclusion for sale items or opened packaging.

Consumer services generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period from contract formation. We schedule consumer reviews after this period unless a separate lawful request for early performance has been agreed. We do not remove consumer withdrawal rights through the standard order checkbox. Business purchases use the agreed business terms. Applicable mandatory rights in your country are not excluded.
