Our catalog is open for non-binding requests. Paid orders and dispatch are not currently active through this website. The intended markets are enabled EU countries, the United States, Canada and Australia. We do not promise worldwide delivery for every product.
When ordering opens, availability depends on the product’s destination approval, stock, address and parcel weight. Delivery charges and an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe are confirmed in the final offer before you accept an order. If we cannot provide those details, we do not request payment.
Our planned dispatch location is Denmark. The actual dispatch address and returns instructions will be confirmed before sales begin. Delivery estimates include order preparation and carrier transit; they are estimates unless we expressly agree a deadline. We notify you of delays and your available cancellation or refund options. Mandatory consumer delivery rights are unaffected.
For delivery outside the EU, the final offer identifies whether import duties, import VAT and customs-clearance charges are included or payable by the recipient. We will not assume these costs are included without confirming the arrangement. You can decline the offer before ordering.
Tracking is added to your private order link after dispatch. Tell us about loss, damage or incorrect goods using the contact form and your order number. For consumer deliveries arranged by us, transit risk remains with us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, subject to applicable law.
